Privacy Policy

What we collect

The only information this website collects is what you choose to enter into the contact form: your name, email address, and — if you provide them — your company, phone number, and the content of your message.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own and does not build a profile of visitors.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry — to send investment materials you have requested, or to evaluate a property you have submitted. We do not use it for marketing lists, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

How it reaches us

Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, a transactional email provider, and arrive in a Microsoft 365 mailbox. Both providers process the message in order to deliver it. We do not store submissions in any other database.

How long we keep it

Your message remains in our email records for as long as it is relevant to an ongoing or potential relationship. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, to request correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

To make a request, email bob@birminghamrealtypartners.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by law and may need to verify your identity first.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. No payment details, account credentials or sensitive personal information are collected here, and you should not send any through the contact form.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the revised version will be posted here with a new date.
